About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the National Trust. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting your team at one of our busy visitor attractions. This involves handling things behind the scenes, from administration to developing people and everything in between.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support your team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high presentation standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and improve results.
- Work closely with the Area Manager to set and achieve financial targets.
- Identify new opportunities and make strategic decisions for the future of your department.
- Recruit and train versatile and hard-working people to join your team.
