Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Tredegar House, a historic property in Newport, Wales. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our cafe and restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage our cafe and restaurant teams, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability, including menu planning, pricing, and inventory management.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and control.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to set and achieve financial targets, and oversee results to ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction, staff engagement, and operational efficiency.
