Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our cafe and restaurant, ensuring that our visitors receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of hospitality staff to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability, while maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to set and achieve financial targets, and oversee results to ensure the success of the business.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and implement changes to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
