Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Tredegar House. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our café and restaurant operations, ensuring that our visitors receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the café and restaurant teams to deliver high-quality food and beverage services
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage budgets and control costs to ensure profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to set and achieve financial targets
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong financial management skills, with experience of managing budgets and controlling costs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
