Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our café operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of hospitality staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
- Manage café operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to set and achieve financial targets, and oversee results to drive business success.
