Primary SEN Support Worker

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to work as a SEN Learning Support Assistant in our Primary schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pupils with special educational needs and difficulties.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and understanding when dealing with challenging behaviors. This role requires someone who is flexible, adaptable, and able to think creatively.
About the Role:- Provide one-to-one support to pupils with SEN
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support assistants
- Assist with lesson planning and implementation
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers
- Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate
- Experience working with children or individuals with SEN
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- $16-$22/hour competitive pay
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- Support from a dedicated team
- Potential for long-term employment
- This is a temporary position, but may lead to a permanent contract
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a DBS check
