Role Description

We are looking for an exceptional Child Protection Specialist to join our Safeguarding and Children in Care Pod. This role involves leading safeguarding efforts for children, managing complex cases, and driving collaboration across agencies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders, families, and young people. They will be a data-savvy problem solver who uses evidence to inform decisions and has a passion for our values: Trust. Empower. Respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess risks and devise solutions that prioritize children's safety and wellbeing.
  • Manage a caseload of complex cases, supporting families and creating meaningful impact.
  • Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure every child's voice is heard.
