We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Publishing Coordinator to join our team at Elsevier. You will be responsible for delivering editorial administration services to editors, authors, and reviewers, as well as managing the editorial, submission, and review process efficiently.

About the Position

This role involves generating journal and ad-hoc reports for editors and publishers for board meetings and strategic planning, as well as communicating with our journal community, publishers, and cross-functional teams to provide updates and advice for submission and publication queries.

  • Delivering editorial administration services to editors, authors, and reviewers to ensure journal needs and service level agreements are met
  • Managing the editorial, submission, and review process efficiently to reduce lead time from submission to approval
