We are currently recruiting for a Respiratory Service Manager to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust, Leatherhead Hospital. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Description: Our ideal candidate will have a background in respiratory nursing and significant experience of managing teams and developing services. They will be responsible for leading the development of our respiratory service, working closely with clinicians, managers and other stakeholders to ensure that we provide the best possible care for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the respiratory service, aligned with the trust's overall vision and objectives.
    • Lead a team of clinicians and managers to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent outcomes.
    • Collaborate with clinicians, managers and other stakeholders to identify and address gaps in care and develop new services to meet the needs of our patients.
    • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure that the service operates within its means.
    • Ensure that all staff receive the necessary training and support to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements:
  • • NMC Registered Nurse (Adult) qualification.
    • Significant experience of managing teams and developing services in a healthcare setting.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clinicians, managers and other stakeholders.
    • Ability to think strategically and make decisions that align with the trust's overall vision and objectives.

Salary: The salary for this position is £55,128 per annum.
