Head of Nursing and Care

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Head of Nursing and Care to join our team at Surrey Downs Health and Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes across our nursing and care services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of systems in health and social care, as well as experience working in community settings. You will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with members of the respiratory service and other clinical specialties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for improving patient care and outcomes
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver person-centered care plans
Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse (Adult)
- Demonstrable understanding of systems in health and social care
- Community experience as a clinician
- Knowledge and experience of long term conditions management
Estimated Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum
