The Bromcom Internal Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving growth and achieving our ultimate goal. This role is part of the Bromcom School by School (SbyS) team, focusing on selling Bromcom into Local Authority supported schools, single academy trusts (SATs), and small multi-academy trusts (MATs).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Open up new opportunities through gathering market intelligence and proactively engaging in outbound sales calls.
  • Develop knowledge of schools and stay up-to-date with changes in the education sector.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of data in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred but not essential.
  • Able to travel to Bromley for sales meetings (typically 4-6 times per year).
