**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Business Director to lead our team of Employment Advisors and drive business performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring compliance with quality and health & safety standards, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Team Management:** Lead and manage a team of Employment Advisors to achieve performance targets and ensure compliance with quality and health & safety standards.
  • **Business Growth:** Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase productivity, and improve efficiency.
  • **Performance Monitoring:** Conduct regular performance audits and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting performance targets.
  • **Health and Safety:** Ensure the health and safety of team members and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • **Resource Allocation:** Allocate resources effectively to ensure that the team has the necessary skills and expertise to meet business objectives.
  • **Reporting:** Provide regular reports to the Operations Manager on business performance, including financial and contractual performance.
Requirements:
  • **Experience:** Minimum of two years of experience in the welfare to work, employment, or recruitment industry.
  • **Leadership:** Proven leadership experience, with a track record of driving business growth and improving performance.
  • **Communication:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • **Analytical:** Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • **Qualifications:** Qualified to at least Level 3 Diploma, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including English Language and Maths.
