We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Administrator to join our team at Brook Street UK Ltd, a reputable housing client based in Newtownards.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have 1-5 years' experience in an administrative role and will be responsible for performing general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports.
- Manage correspondence and communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Support the team in day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
