Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Ledger Specialist to join our team in Newtownards on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar accounts role using the purchase ledger, as well as previous experience operating an accounting software.

The key responsibilities of this role include organizing and recording supplier invoices and credit notes, processing high volume invoices/supplier payments, resolving customer/ supplier queries via email and phone, matching invoices with approved purchase orders, and collaborating with departments/management outside of finance.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar accounts' role using the purchase ledger.
  • Previous experience operating an accounting software.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office to include Excel.

Salary: £12.50 - £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience).
