Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and recording supplier invoices and credit notes, processing high volume invoices/supplier payments, and resolving customer/supplier queries via email and phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and recording supplier invoices and credit notes.
  • Processing high volume invoices/supplier payments.
  • Resolving customer/supplier queries via email and phone.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar accounts role using the purchase ledger is required. Previous experience operating an accounting software and proficient use of Microsoft Office to include Excel are also essential.

Salary: £13,000 - £15,000 per annum (dependent on experience), paid weekly.
