We are seeking an experienced Clinical Application Developer to join our team at South Shore Health System.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in clinical application development and a deep understanding of healthcare workflows.

This position requires expertise in healthcare software applications and their integration with Enterprise Health Records.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, testing, installation, and support of software applications utilized by inpatient departments.
  • Lead project activities for software analysis and design, problem solving, application and system installation and implementation, working with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Formulate system scope and design objectives through analysis and research to configure vendor-maintained systems or develop or modify in-house systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of web-based technologies, processes, and analytics.
  • Ability to deliver IT solutions through the entire systems development lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, and support).
  • Experience supporting healthcare software applications and their integration with Enterprise Health Records.
