Job Title: Clinical Evaluation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Paramedic to fill a Clinical Evaluation Specialist role with an attractive compensation package.

The Job Description:

Your primary responsibility in this position will be to assess individuals and evaluate how their disabilities or conditions impact their daily lives. As a Clinical Evaluation Specialist, you will conduct thorough physical examinations and gather detailed medical histories from each individual. Your objective is to create comprehensive reports that accurately reflect the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) requirements to determine eligibility for benefits.

You will interact with individuals both in-person and remotely via phone/video calls. It is essential to be sensitive, empathetic, and able to ask relevant questions while adhering to best practice standards.

You will have the flexibility to complete evaluations at your own pace, ensuring you provide each individual with your undivided attention. Although you will work independently, you will be part of a larger multidisciplinary team, offering support whenever needed.

About The Ideal Candidate:
  • A registered Paramedic with at least 12 months of post-registration experience within the last five years.
  • Previous experience working with adults in various clinical settings.
  • Ongoing Continuous Professional Development evident on your CV.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficiency in using various software applications.
  • Self-awareness and commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Honesty and integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and customer trust.
  • Motivation to deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and respect throughout the evaluation process.
  • Able to work independently, meeting deadlines and expectations.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary ranging from £37,500 to £43,000 per annum.
  • £1,000 after six months and £1,000 after 12 months.
  • Performance-related bonus of up to 10% once approved and eligible.
