About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the resolution of online platform and app-related queries, working closely with internal teams.
- Collaborate with store teams to address operational challenges and ensure consistent customer experiences.
- Contribute to the analysis and resolution of payment disputes, utilizing logical reasoning and technical expertise.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions.
