About the RoleThe Office Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining an efficient and organised work environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks;
- Supporting the projects and sales team;
- Maintaining a welcoming and safe workspace;

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate effectively among team members, customers, and contractors to achieve project milestones. Responsibilities include:
- Processing sales orders to projects;
- Monitoring hardware availability and updating systems accurately;
- Coordinating project meetings and month-end reporting;
- Raising customer invoices and monitoring billing;
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
