About the Role

The Office Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining an efficient and organised work environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks;
  • Supporting the projects and sales team;
  • Maintaining a welcoming and safe workspace;

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate effectively among team members, customers, and contractors to achieve project milestones. Responsibilities include:

  • Processing sales orders to projects;
  • Monitoring hardware availability and updating systems accurately;
  • Coordinating project meetings and month-end reporting;
  • Raising customer invoices and monitoring billing;

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
