Administrative Support Coordinator

Ralawise is a forward-thinking organization seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a highly organized and efficient individual who can provide administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities- Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Provide professional reception services to visitors, including greeting, welcoming, and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Communication and Coordination: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and emails in a timely and polite manner, ensuring effective communication within the organization.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, as well as outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely dispatch and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation for senior executives, ensuring all necessary documents are in order.
- Expense Management: Perform a range of administrative tasks, such as expense management, invoicing, and office supplies procurement, to maintain efficient financial operations.
- Customer Services and Aftersales: Provide administrative support to the Customer Services and Aftersales departments, including day-to-day administration, order processing, and report management.
This role requires previous experience in a Receptionist/Front of House role and providing administrative support to senior executives. The successful candidate will be based in CH5 2UA and must be able to commute to work regularly.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflecting the demands of the role and the location.
