Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Media Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating retail media plans, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring effective campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the campaign and retail media teams to identify and secure investment opportunities.
  • Ensure that all key campaign plans are communicated to the retail media team to gain brand buy-in.
  • Create comprehensive briefs for the retail media team, gathering insights and key investment opportunities.

Execution & Delivery:

  • Coordinate with brands to secure all necessary creative assets for campaigns.
  • Develop retail media-specific creative briefs for responsible campaigns.
  • Obtain internal and external approvals as needed to facilitate campaign delivery.
  • Liaise with key teams to ensure execution plans are clear and mitigate any risks to launch.

Organisation:

  • Maintain detailed records of retail media plans, using trackers as the primary source of information.
  • Update stakeholders on any changes and provide relevant updates to ensure timely execution.
  • Support the retail media team and agency by addressing any queries and ensuring clarity.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to assess success and return on investment (ROI).
  • Generate detailed reports that provide actionable insights for future campaign improvements.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Create wash-up decks to share with the retail media team for future investment opportunities.

Salary and Benefits:

  • The salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • We also offer a range of benefits, including 33 days holiday, pension scheme, and free onsite parking.
  • In addition, we provide access to a subsidised staff restaurant and Costa Coffee.
