**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. The ideal candidate will have experience working in multi-disciplinary teams and a strong understanding of speech and language therapy principles.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the pupils we support, as well as contributing to staff training and consultation. **About the Role**

This is a permanent, term-time only position based at Waterloo Lodge School – North West. The role will involve working 15 hours per week, 2 days a week, 8:30am-4:30pm. The salary for this position is up to £53,200 FTE (up to £19,178 actual salary) depending on experience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Registered with the HCPC and RCSLT
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience of working with children, young people, and adults who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs
  • Valid UK full driving licence and access to own vehicle
