Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our therapy service, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing bespoke assessment and intervention plans for individuals with complex needs.
With your expertise in occupational therapy, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to our clients. Your skills and experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, working with adults and children with autism and complex needs, and collecting and analysing data to inform service delivery will be invaluable assets to our team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our therapy services, progress OT-specific therapeutic services, and implement your strategic vision for therapies. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment where your autonomy and creativity will be valued and encouraged.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £53,200 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits designed to support your health and wellbeing, including life assurance, a CPD allowance, and access to a wide range of mental health support services and physical health checks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing bespoke assessment and intervention plans for individuals with complex needs
- Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to our clients
- Managing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating care planning
- Collecting and analysing data to inform service delivery and develop new therapies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant occupational therapy qualification and registration with the HCPC
- Sensory Integration training, preferably at level 3 or above
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with adults and children with autism and complex needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyse data to inform service delivery
