HR Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Resourcing4HR. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in delivering administrative processes and ensuring excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver HR and Training related administrative processes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the wider employee base by participating in Charity Champion, Wellbeing Champion, and DEI activities.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees and partners.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum education to A level standard.
  • CIPD level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as an Administrator.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
