We're seeking a highly skilled Environmental and Health Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for promoting a positive safety culture, conducting risk assessments, and developing strategies to mitigate potential hazards.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental legislation across operations and sites.
  2. Support the development and implementation of the HSE strategy alongside the Head of HSE.
  3. Conduct risk assessments, review and update policies and procedures to align with best practices.
  4. Develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards and improve overall safety performance.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • A NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification (essential) & membership of IOSH.
  • Proven experience in a high-risk industry, with knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices.
