**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Miller & Carter - Newton Mearns. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.
**Estimated Salary:** £48,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior kitchen role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service. You will be a strong leader, able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best, while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee food ordering, preparation, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
- Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
