As an experienced HSE Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of employees and stakeholders within Allen & York (Built and Natural Environment) Ltd. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive HSE strategy, conducting regular audits and risk assessments, and providing training and coaching to employees across the organisation.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with other departments to identify and mitigate potential risks, and for maintaining accurate records of HSE performance and compliance. Additionally, you will deputise for the SHEQ Manager when required and provide expert advice to staff at all levels throughout the business.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong background in rail or related engineering environments, with a proven track record of delivering HSE strategies and improving organisational performance. You will also need to possess excellent influencing and coaching skills, with the ability to work at all levels throughout the business. A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits make this an attractive opportunity for any motivated and experienced HSE professional.
