**Job Summary:** Child Protection Specialist: Family Wellbeing Expert

Salary:£36,000 - £44,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Protection Specialist to join our team in Stafford. As a Family Wellbeing Expert, you will work with families to promote positive relationships and outcomes for children and young people.

The successful candidate will have a social work degree, be registered with Social Work England, and possess post-qualifying experience in social work. They will also have knowledge of legislation and guidance underpinning children's social care, including the Children's Act and Working Together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on or contribute to projects as directed by the team manager, promoting effective multi-agency service delivery
  • Chair strategy meetings and complex Child In Need Core Group meetings
  • Ensure teamwork towards achieving key service delivery objectives
