The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with families from diverse backgrounds. You will support parents in developing healthy parenting practices, preparing reports for court proceedings, and facilitating family time.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting families to maintain contact and spend quality time together
  2. Providing guidance to parents on effective parenting techniques
  3. Preparing reports on family interactions for use in court proceedings
  4. Driving to various locations to facilitate family visits
  5. Maintaining accurate records of family interactions
  6. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  1. Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
  2. Evidence of basic education and proficiency in record-keeping
  3. Familiarity with assessment and childcare planning processes
  4. Understanding of child development principles

Salary: £15.41 per hour (full-time), based in Stafford town centre
