Child and Family Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic individual to join our team as a Residential Childcare Professional in a 2-bed, Ofsted-regulated children's home in Stafford, Staffordshire.
The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children with Social, Emotional, and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD) and will be committed to providing high-quality care and support to promote their physical, emotional, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct care and support to children with SEBD
- Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the needs of each child
- Work collaboratively with the management team and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
