About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Experience Champion to join our team at Thistle Piccadilly. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating delicious waffles.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and a passion for working with people. You should be hands-on, enthusiastic, and able to work well under pressure.

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and the ability to work a variety of shifts. Our shop operates from 11am to 1am, so we need someone who can adapt to changing schedules.

As a Customer Experience Champion, you will be part of a small but perfectly formed team taking care of our new store. Your duties will include setting up for the day, preparing coffees, drinks, and waffles, as well as cleaning and restocking.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 per year, plus benefits such as discounted rates on hotel rooms, food, and drink across the Clermont Hotel Group. You will also have access to a pension and healthcare schemes, interest-free season ticket loans, and paid volunteering days.
