Employee Experience Champion

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Experience Champion to join our team at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Job Description- Manage project objectives, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and continuously improve our processes
- Deliver A2B sites for clients based on fact find documents
- Manage timescales to meet client deadlines or inform clients of any changes
- Efficiently allocate resources to ensure effective project management
- Respond to support queries within prescribed service levels
- Ensure clients are serviced based on agreed pricing and profitability
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A project management qualification
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience
- A solid track record of leading flexible benefit projects
- Previous experience in an employee benefits business
- The ability to build and maintain project plans
- Strong client management and communication skills
The salary for this role is £55,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:
- A minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to 'buy' extra days
- A defined contribution pension scheme, which Gallagher will also contribute to
- Life insurance, which will pay 4x your basic annual salary, which you can top-up to 10x
- Income protection, we'll cover up to 50% of your annual income, with options to top-up
