About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Experience Champion to join our team at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.

Job Description
  • Manage project objectives, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and continuously improve our processes
  • Deliver A2B sites for clients based on fact find documents
  • Manage timescales to meet client deadlines or inform clients of any changes
  • Efficiently allocate resources to ensure effective project management
  • Respond to support queries within prescribed service levels
  • Ensure clients are serviced based on agreed pricing and profitability
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A project management qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience
  • A solid track record of leading flexible benefit projects
  • Previous experience in an employee benefits business
  • The ability to build and maintain project plans
  • Strong client management and communication skills
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is £55,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:

  • A minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to 'buy' extra days
  • A defined contribution pension scheme, which Gallagher will also contribute to
  • Life insurance, which will pay 4x your basic annual salary, which you can top-up to 10x
  • Income protection, we'll cover up to 50% of your annual income, with options to top-up
