About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Champion to join our team at Virgin Active. As a key member of our Club operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for members and guests, providing timely and professional support.
  • Create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the club, ensuring seamless interactions with all stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet membership targets, focusing on sales, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient operation of the club, maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or leisure industry setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business results.
