The Role:

As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing comprehensive CRM strategies that align with business objectives

Enhancing user and patient experience

Designing customer journeys from scratch, utilizing both online and offline touchpoints

Boosting customer engagement

Generating regular reports on campaign performance

Requirements:

Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
