We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at Signet Recruitment and Retention. As a key member of our Customer Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving customer retention and loyalty across our Honda customer base.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the daily operational management of our retention product suite across all product groups for the UK market.
- Create and deliver monthly retention product performance reports to inform business decisions.
- Set retention product retailer targets and track performance against these targets.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve targets and enhance performance via our field teams.
- Ensure marketing assets for our retention product range are relevant and support promotion and sales performance.
- Review and evolve our programme portfolio to deliver industry-leading customer propositions.
- Support the tender and contract process for all retention product business partners.
- Design and deliver workshops to develop retention product experts within our field teams.
- Strong understanding of retail Aftersales operations and environment.
- Ability to make sound recommendations based on facts and market research.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Confident analytical skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000, a 35-hour working week, private healthcare, a car scheme for friends and family, and a 1pm finish on Fridays. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
