Customer Success Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and growth. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as an ambassador for our clients, ensuring a seamless experience across all departments.
  • Customer Success Criteria: Identify and propose criteria for measuring customer success, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Customer Workshops: Organize and host workshops to address customer challenges, providing solutions that deliver desired outcomes.
  • Adoption and Utilization: Focus on optimizing our products and solutions, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Driving Improvements: Hold regular review sessions to identify areas for improvement, setting targeted action plans to address root causes.
  • Research and Insight: Proactively identify key research to maintain knowledge as a CX/industry expert, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.

You will work closely with our marketing teams to showcase our products and services, case studies, and facilitating reference opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced senior customer-facing professional with a proven track record of delivering transformation change projects through stakeholder management.
