Technical Services Officer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Services Officer to join our team at Linde plc in Woking, United Kingdom.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for formulating and issuing cylinder preparation and filling instructions, as well as providing technical data, advice, and publications to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will formulate and issue cylinder preparation and filling instructions to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide technical data, advice, and publications to support the safe handling and use of our products.
  • Ensure that legislation, codes of practice, and standards are applied consistently in all Technical Services and Special Products operations.
  • You will work closely with our teams to develop and implement safety procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of industrial gases and their properties, including physical and chemical characteristics, hazards, and material compatibilities.
  • High level of numeracy and competence in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Working knowledge of regulations governing transport and labelling alongside the operation of software for the compilation of Safety Data Sheets is advantageous.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
