About the Role



We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist - IT Infrastructure to join our End User Experience (EUE) department. As an Onsite Engineer, you will support high-profile clients in our portfolio, working on various projects and tasks.



Salary



The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000-£55,000, depending on experience.



Job Description



As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. This includes:




  • Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Installing and configuring software and hardware
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication with stakeholders
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external teams to deliver projects
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve IT processes and efficiency


Required Skills and Qualifications



To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • A good understanding of Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 11 & Windows 10), including build, configuration, and registry settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic level understanding of SCCM/Active Directory
  • Excellent customer interface and communication skills
  • Flexibility with working hours when needed
  • A strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) software (ServiceNow) and network technologies
