Classroom Support Worker

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Classroom Support Worker to join our team in a special needs school in Kingston Upon Thames. As a valued member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to pupils with complex needs, promoting their social, emotional, and educational development.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with experienced teaching professionals and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support to pupils with complex needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviors.
• Assist pupils with day-to-day activities, such as personal care, mealtime, and classroom routines.
• Work collaboratively with teaching professionals and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
Our Benefits:
• Competitive salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
