About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team in Surrey.

As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

You will work closely with our team to develop individualized care plans, promoting independence, confidence, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
  • Encourage social inclusion and community participation
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Monitor and report on individual progress and well-being

Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual with a passion for supporting people with learning disabilities.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
