Administrative Support Professional for Sales and Customer Success

About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at OKB KONE plc. As a key member of our Sales and Customer Success department, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our salespersons and supervisors, enabling them to focus on customer-facing activities.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide general administration support, including email management, phone calls, customer reports, and reconciliations of customer portals
  • Enter fitter scheduling plans into Konect, coordinate changes/updates of maintenance plans in SAP, and manage work center data changes
  • Support field supervisor tasks, repair and insurance visit planning, and communication with customers
  • Create trackers for all customers and outstanding insurance defects
  • Support technicians and supervisors in material-related requests, including PR creation, availability checks, and delivery follow-ups
  • Update customer portals and compile/send reports to customers

Specialized Administration and Support Tasks:



  • Support 3rd party inspection administration, analyzing inspection needs, scheduling individual inspections, and following up on inspection reports
  • Support customer reporting, verifying and inputting customer data into customer portals, providing reports for key accounts, and preparing working instructions for KONE SSC

Requirements:



  • Good administrative skills, preferably from a construction or service industry environment
  • Experience in inter-office and customer communications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • User knowledge of SAP and/or SFDC is desirable
  • Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office tools
