Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at KONE. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide essential support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing administrative tasks, managing customer accounts, and assisting with sales processes in the pre-sales phase of the sales cycle to help the team achieve its targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Support salesperson during tender submissions by gaining quotations for subcontractors and third-party items required.
  • Complete requests for credit checks.
  • Complete PQQs and quality questionnaires on tender returns.
  • Utilise tendering tools and CRM to collate documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales personnel to ensure accurate customer data (CRM).
  • Create Asset Management reports following surveys.

Customer Relationship Coordination

  • Support development of customer relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Qualify leads with customers and organise sales visits.

Sales Funnel Management

  • Collaborate with the sales and operational teams to drive results through orders, contracts.
  • Own the coordination and submission of tenders.

People

  • Collaborate with internal teams.
  • Engage with team members to achieve better results through sharing of best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable.
  • Advanced Microsoft and CRM literacy.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Attention to detail.
