Purpose

The Sales Support Specialist at KONE plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales team. This involves managing administrative tasks, customer accounts, and assisting with sales processes in the pre-sales phase to help the team achieve its targets.

Key Experiences & Skills:

Sales support, manage pricing and tender offering

  • Supports salesperson during tender submissions by gaining quotations for subcontractors and third-party items required.
  • Completion of requests for credit checks.
  • Completion of PQQs and quality questionnaires on tender returns
  • Utilises Tendering tools and CRM to collate documentation.
  • Collaborates with sales personnel to ensure accurate customer data (CRM).
  • Creation of Asset Management reports following surveys

Customer relationship coordination

  • Supports development of customer relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Qualifies leads with customers and organises sales visits.

Manage Sales Funnel

  • Collaborates with the sales and operational teams to drive results through orders, contracts.
  • Owns the Coordination and submission of tenders.

People

  • Collaborates with Internal teams.
  • Engages with the team members to achieve better results through sharing of best practices.

Key Skills & Experiences

  • Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service desirable.
  • Advanced Microsoft and CRM literacy.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Attention to detail.
