Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the hire boiler operations by carrying out various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
  • Managing contract documents, including contracts to send to customers for signing, delivery notes, and off-hire documents
  • Receiving and chasing up weekly boiler check logs from customers
  • Raising and sending engineers' job details and booking accommodation for engineers/drivers
  • Updating boiler/ancillary certification data base and assisting in general administration duties

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner
  • Administration experience in a sales, service, or engineering environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 – SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel (use of basic formulas), and Teams
  • Good organizational skills to ensure no vital parts of the administrative process are missed
