Customer Service and Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate individual to join our Client Servicing Administration team. This role plays a key part in delivering our award-winning customer service, providing an exceptional experience for our clients.
Responsibilities include processing customer requests, handling financial transactions, producing letters and emails, working efficiently with internal systems, maintaining accurate records on databases, and resolving customer queries via phone and email.
About the Role:- This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent including Maths and English, and competent IT skills including experience working with Excel.
- Experience of financial services or a keen interest in it is desirable.
