About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service and Premier Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our Premier customers, handling their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
