Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a sales forecast and set business development strategies for assigned accounts in line with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Understand customers' key business requirements to determine current and future business needs.
  • Develop a key account strategy for existing customers to enhance existing revenue and margins by introducing new products and services that expand the business relationship.
  • Introduce innovations to existing and prospective customers and act as a key advisor in helping them select solutions best suited to their needs.
  • Increase sales volumes with maximum profitability in assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a Business Development Manager role or similar.
  • Exposure managing major retail brands accounts.
  • Ideal experience in packaging or a related field.
