We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our client\u2019s fundraising team based in Marlow. Our client is a leading provider of luxury experiences, hospitality, artwork, and memorabilia, which they sell at prestigious events via silent auctions.

The ideal candidate will be a professional, bright, and focused individual who can proactively manage an existing portfolio of accounts while developing new leads from existing clients and reaching out for new business. They will be responsible for establishing their own accounts over time and building strong relationships with their ever-growing database.

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be willing to be flexible when required, and have a full driving license. Previous account management experience is favorable.

The package includes a basic salary of £25,000 - £35,000, uncapped commission, and a bonus scheme. Benefits include 20 days holiday, with an additional day added each year, capped at 25 days. The company also offers a fun, sociable working environment with casual dress and on-site parking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and sustain strong client partnerships.
  • Proactively explore other avenues for our service to current clients and generate new business.
  • Be accountable for personal sales targets.
  • Provide first-class customer service levels to all clients and customers.
  • Manage and support our silent auction service on site at events.

  • Self-motivated to exceed targets.
  • Highly personable, with strong relationship building skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Enthusiastic with a pro-active approach.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Brilliant organisational and time management abilities.
  • Strong work ethic and flexibility.
  • Full driving license.
  • Previous account management experience is favorable.

Package & Benefits:

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.

Uncapped commission + bonus scheme.
