About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at Greensleeves Care. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering core tactics in our marcomms strategy to drive occupancy and progress our corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate interest and leads through effective marketing and comms strategies

Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a manager or senior officer in a marketing role
  • Planning and developing marketing campaigns with a clear impact on sales and business results
  • Experience in traditional and online marketing & communications strategies
  • Experience in planning and producing 'above the line' marketing materials, from print ads to OOH advertising
  • Experience in producing strong content for digital channels
  • Working knowledge of media buying and ability to judge opportunities
  • Delivering communications work alongside marketing, including corporate pieces and press
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to drive momentum, identify key priorities and manage multiple demands effectively
  • Experience in managing project budgets
