About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bidding process for various projects in the ground engineering sector. This will involve working closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored proposals that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bidding process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in Estimating or Commercial roles, preferably in remediation, enabling works, earthworks, civil engineering, or groundworks. You should have excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills, with a talent for negotiation and a proactive 'win-win' mindset.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive excellent career development and training opportunities, including payment of professional membership fees and support towards chartership. Our annual bonus scheme rewards performance, and you will receive 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional days for long service. We also offer a 5% employer pension contribution and the option to enroll in a healthcare benefits scheme.
